In Teamfight Tactics, to reroll is to spend 2 gold to refresh your shop and see five new champions. The word also names a strategy: a reroll comp is built around low-cost champions that you upgrade to 3 stars by rerolling many times, instead of levelling up for expensive units.
Reroll as an action
Every reroll costs 2 gold and replaces the five champions in your shop. Which champions can appear depends on your level: low levels favour cheap units, high levels show more expensive ones. That is why rerolling and levelling are always a trade-off for your gold.
