Question 1

What is Hero Tier Boost and why would I need it?

Accepted Answer

Hero Tier Boost is the service for players who want to unlock exclusive cosmetics on their favorite heroes - voice lines, emotes, chat wheel phrases and more. A verified booster plays on your account with your chosen heroes to push their progression from Tier 1 all the way to Tier 5, without you having to grind match after match.

Question 2

Is the Hero Tier Boost service safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Overpowered only uses verified players and the service runs within normal gameplay - natural play with specific heroes. Because of that, risks are minimal.

Question 3

I paid and confirmed my order. What happens now?

Accepted Answer

Head to your Dashboard, open the order chat and send your Steam account info, also mentioning which hero(es) you want to tier up. Once that's done, the booster starts playing with your chosen heroes and you track all progress live.

Question 4

Can I request the boost for more than one hero?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can order the service for a specific hero or for multiple at once. Just let us know in the order chat which heroes to prioritize - the booster organizes progress by focusing on one at a time or alternating based on your preference.

Question 5

I don't want to share account access. Can I still use the service?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately not. Hero Tier Boost requires direct account access since the booster needs to play with your chosen heroes to stack tier progression. There's no Duo Boost option for this service.

Question 6

How long does it take to increase a hero's tier?

Accepted Answer

Depends on the current tier, target tier and matches needed. Lower tier heroes move faster - Tier 4 and Tier 5 need more games and points to unlock. You follow progress live through the Dashboard.

Question 7

Can I play on my account while Hero Tier Boost is active?

Accepted Answer

Better not - especially with the heroes being boosted, to avoid disrupting progress. If you need to log in or play with other heroes, coordinate with the booster first to avoid conflicts and make sure everything wraps up correctly.

Question 8

What rewards are unlocked with Hero Tier?

Accepted Answer

Each tier unlocks specific rewards: Tier 1 and 2 unlock voice lines and basic emotes; Tier 3 unlocks alternate voice styles; Tier 4 and 5 unlock special emotes, rare phrases and exclusive cosmetics for the hero. Rewards vary depending on the hero and game updates.
